UNEARTHLY STRANGER (1963) John Neville, Philip Stone, Gabriella Licudi, Patrick Newell. This is a terrifiic sci-fi film! A man becomes worried when he discovers his new bride seems to have no pulse. It turns out that she is the advance scout for an alien invasion and has powers that can almost immediately induce death. The opening scene is quite memorable. A minor classix. From 16mm. NO SURVIVORS, PLEASE (1963) Maria Perschy, Robert Cunningham, Uwe Friedrichsen. Earth is in peril. Invading aliens attempt conquest by taking over peoples’ bodies at death. They then use them as tools for their invasion plans. A well-made, somber piece of sci-fi with a bleak outlook. There are a number of grim death scenes. Final scene is reminiscent of Fail-Safe. From 16mm.
