(1964) Kerwin Mathews, Robert Hossein, Pier Angeli, Dominique Wilms, Gamil Ratib. Mathews is pretty good as a James Bondish-type secret agent who battles the evil Dr. Sinn, a mad scientist who is about to unleash a horrible biological weapon against mankind. It seems Dr. Sinn wants to eliminate all “inferior” races with a new race of super-humans. This movie has a cool rat scene. Good fun from start to finish. Color, 16mm.
