Toby Wing, Kenne Duncan, Wheeler Oakman. Kenne is an out-of-work reporter who wins an unknown horse in a dice game. Horse turns out to be very fast. Toby helps Kenne into racing, but the two of them run up against race-fixer Oakman. Toby's the cutest thing on two legs. Top 16mm.
