Roy Rogers, Gabby Hayes, Buzzy Henry, Pat Brady, Linda Hayes. Horses destined for the war effort are being targeted by a bunch of obviously unpatriotic thieves, who then try to sell them to the government themselves. Roy and his buddies are brought in to put things in order.
